Support for the Dojo Toolkit
The Dojo Toolkit forum is down since months. If you work with Dojo you can get support via the > mailing list. I have subscribed and get a lot of e-mails every day. Another possibility is to use > Stack Overflow. There are several questions and answers available. Further, you can search on the > DojoCampus site.
Dojo 1.3 is available
Since today the new > Dojo Toolkit 1.3.0 version is available. It contains several > changes, especially the Tree and Menu widgets were updated. Further it supports the new web browsers Internet Explorer 8 and Google Chrome.

InfoWorld announced the winners of the Bossies Awards
Today I saw that InfoWorld has announced the winners of the Bossies Awards. There are several categories. The best open source social networking tool is Elgg. I have never heard anything about it before. The best open source wiki tool is MediaWiki. I have never heard anything about it before. The best open source version control tool is Git. I have never heard anything about it before. The best open source business rule management system is JBoss Drools. I can not remember that I have heard anything about it before. But of course, some tools are well-known, such as Scalix, VNC, WordPress, Prototype,… 🙂
Lotus Notes in Knol
Yesterday I read an article about the new knowledge tool of Google, called Knol. Today, I looked in it and of course I found an article about Lotus Notes. But unfortunately, it describes Lotus Notes only as E-mail client.
New Dojo Toolbox available
SitePen has published a new Dojo Toolbox. It is an application which contains an offline API viewer, a builder to optimizing application performance and a list with Dojo resources. The Dojo Toolbox needs Adobe(R) AIRT(TM) to run. It is an good idea and the application looks nice.

Some students from the Groupware Competence Center at the University Paderborn have developed some widgets with the Dojo toolkit. On Viktor Krantz’s blog I saw a new overview about free resources for the Dojo Toolkit. It was created by the Dojo contributer SitePen. A new thing for me is the Dojo QuickStart Guide of SitePen.
Dojo Campus
Last week I found a new website with information about the Dojo Toolkit: DojoCampus.org. The site contains some short articles, videos and tutorials about different topics of Dojo. Further it contains a Dojo Feature Explorer, where you can test some Dojo features. But at the moment the other Dojo Feature Explorer contains some more features.
