PMBOK® Guide – Fourth Edition

Since Dezember the new > PMBOK® Guide is available in the fourth edition. The guide is published by the > Project Management Institute (PMI), which is one of the biggest project management communities. (The other is the > International Project Management Association IPMA).  The PMBOK® describes several processses (42), standards and data flow diagrams and other tools which you can use if you manage a project. It is the baseline for the certification to a PMP (Project Management Professional)
