Community-orientiertes Projektmanagement

Am Donnerstagabend (14.08) findet in Paderborn ein neues Treffen der GPM Regionalgruppe Bielefeld statt. Diesmal geht es um das Community-orientierte Projektmanagement. Dazu findet ein Vortrag statt, indem u. a. auch auf Open Source Technologien und auf IBM Lotus Quickr eingegangen wird. Wer teilnehmen möchte, sollte sich kurz per E-Mail anmelden: Bielefeld@gpm-ipma.de. Teilnehmen kann übrigens jeder, der sich für Projektmanagement interessiert, unabhängig von einer Mitgliedschaft in der GPM.

(Nachtrag: Der Termin muss leider verschoben werden. Der neue Termin wird noch bekanntgegeben.)

Tippen und Radio gewinnen

Trotz nur kurzer Sommerpause wird es Zeit, dass die neue Fußball Bundesliga Saison beginnt. Am Freitagabend wird das erste Spiel zwischen dem FC Bayern München und dem Hamburger SV angepfiffen. Wer wieder die Spiele tippen möchte, kann sich beim  TipSheet-Spiel beteiligen. Diesmal gibt es ein Radio zu gewinnen. (Hört sich etwas altmodisch an, sieht aber gut aus.. :-))

Yellow blog

Today I read in some blogs today is the YellowDay. Since it was the first time I read about it I have nothing prepared for this special day. But, after I came from the office I changed the background color of my weblog for this day to yellow and I used Lotus Notes the whole day in the office.. 🙂

InfoWorld announced the winners of the Bossies Awards

Today I saw that InfoWorld has announced the winners of the Bossies Awards. There are several categories. The best open source social networking tool is Elgg. I have never heard anything about it before. The best open source wiki tool is MediaWiki. I have never heard anything about it before. The best open source version control tool is Git. I have never heard anything about it before. The best open source business rule management system is JBoss Drools. I can not remember that I have heard anything about it before. But of course, some tools are well-known, such as Scalix, VNC, WordPress, Prototype,… 🙂

Yesterday I read an article about the new knowledge tool of Google, called Knol. Today, I looked in it and of course I found an article about Lotus Notes. But unfortunately, it describes Lotus Notes only as E-mail client.
