Safari for Windows

leave a comment »

I read on vowe.net that Apple will deliver the Safari browser for Microsoft Windows platforms. I have installed the public beta and tested it with my website. The website runs, but some differences exist to Internet Explorer and Firefox. For example, the size of text fields and the size of the dialog window (guest book entry) is not the same as in the other browsers. The dialog to enhance a picture does not work (on the travel sites). Further the text ‘Free RSS Reader’ is not visible. I’m not sure whether these things work in the Safari browser on a Mac platform.

I’m behind the time but since yesterday I’m a member of Twitter. Yesterday, I have posted my first ‘What are you doing?’ statement. And today my second… 🙂

Afterwards I have installed the new version of Plazes. As mentioned on Tuesday, you can enter the same statements there.

Kosten sparen durch E-Mail-Management

leave a comment »
